Noon, Shiraz Reserve Langhorne Creek Vintage:2015

Description
Noon, Shiraz Reserve Langhorne Creek Vintage:2015Even more concentrated than the impressive 2014, the 2015 Shiraz Reserve is almost painfully intensein a good sense. Dark berries, culinary herbs and roasted meat notes combine in a mouthwatering nose, which leads into a dense, creamy textured palate. While most Noon wines can be drunk on release (as can this one, albeit in a soft core S&M sort of way), I would suggest holding this one for a couple of years and drinking it over the next decade.
This sauvignon blanc is very impressive with a layered density of dried-lemon and mineral character
fig and raspberry fruit
seductive and round
cherry and floral pastille flavors and a suggestion of cracked pepper
it should age effortlessly for years
framed by bright acidity and beautifully plush tannins
The 2006 is like a well-muscled stallion
Now this is how you make a great Blanc de Blancs
with cult wines
tangerine peel and spice
25 ha parcel that was planted in 1973 – an average vintage produces 3 barrels)
My projected range offers the benefit of the doubt that this will better harmonize
