Grindley & Co., Tunstall, during the 1950s. The item is a vintage porcelain salad serving bowl decorated with silver trim along a scalloped rim and prominent green linear deco patterning with black. The rim also has embossed scroll motifs used directly beneath the rim itself and on the two extended handles. The pattern is considered deco and is titled The Bolton pattern. The salad

The cutlery items require polishing but all seven items are in very good condition

Besides requiring a polish and a cleaning the items are in good usable condition

aside from which it is in very good usable condition

The mustard pot has a scroll handle and is fitted with a hinged lid onto which ba small ball finial is attached

More stylish than the usual stainless steel bowls encountered

but is available for re-attachment
