Highland Park Valknut 700ml LGCFCreated using a higher proportion of our local peated malt and matured in a combination of sherry seasoned European and American oak casks and ex bourbon casks. Valknut walks a fine line between the aromatic spiciness of cloves and cracked black pepper, and the patisserie sweetness of toasted vanilla and creme brle, hence the term, Custard Bonfire.
