Camper Nicholson 40 Teak & Holly Floor Hatch - OD 18 1/4” Long x 11 3/4” Wide x 3/4” Thick #177This piece of teak and holly flooring was removed from a camper nicholson 40 sailboat. It does have a lip on the underside. The ID of the lip is 16 1 8 long x 9 5 8 wide x 1 4 thick. The outside dimensions of wood piece are 18 1 4 long x 11 3 4 wide and is 3 4 overall thickness. Has a SS bolt thing that acts as the hatch handle. Has usual scratching to surface.

It mounts vertically to the wall

Stands 1 7/8” tall

Larger wrench opening is 11/16”

The base has 4 screw install that is 1 1/2” apart
