Jose Antonio Garcia 'Unculin' Tinto Bierzo 2021DESCRIPTION Unculn is a Vino de Villa wine from over 80 different organically grown, family owned small plots in the village of Valtuille de Abajo. Their cuve Unculn is a fresh, energetic red Bierzo. This blend consists of 85% Menca with Garnacha, Palomino, and Merenzao rounding it out. Aged 4 months on the lees in stainless steel, Unculin show flavours of rustic red berries, and dark plum. Suggested pairings include cured sausage and hearty stews.
