Domaine de l'Estang Sancerre 2025Domaine de lEstangs Sancerre comes from two hectares worth of parcels, split between the flinty soils of Mntrol sous Sancerre and the clay limestone soils of Thauvenay, and planted between 2004 and 2012. With just 50 milligrams per liter of added sulfur, this is lively and expansive, bursting with tangy orchard fruit and overlaid with gentle floral elements. Like its Coteaux du Giennois counterpart, it is simultaneously rich and mineral driven,
