Bridge Road x Carwyn Cellars 'Apera BA Wheat Wine'Finally after 2 years resting in barrel, we are ready to unleash these collaborative creations upon the world. These beguiling beverages made in collaboration with Bridge Road Brewers really blur the lines between beer and well, something different. The idea was to leave them in barrel long enough, so they took on some of the complex oxidative characters that were so prominent in the fortified wines before them.
