Hellyers Road Double Cask Single Malt Whisky 700ml (ABV 46%) s_pernAged in 200L American Oak ex Bourbon casks for a minimum of five years, the whisky then sees secondary maturation in French Oak barriques that had Tasmanian Pinot Noir aged in them. This secondary maturation in French Oak ex Tasmanian Pinot Noir casks adds beautiful red berry notes and a unique Tasmanian influence to this small batch single malt. Nose Candied oranges lead with stewed fruits, sultanas with a clove whisper. Palate Subtle cinnamon spice,

balanced with sweet oak and barley sugar

Aviation is distilled using a proprietary maceration recipe that produces a pure medley of botanical flavor

in the Seven Kingdoms and in Scotland

Hints of roasted almonds intermingle and merge in complete harmony with Madagascar vanilla to produce soft and delicately perfumed notes

Benriach spirit is three cask matured for at least twelve years in sherry casks

this rum is then sailed across the ocean in barrels to the southwest of France to be further matured in small Ferrand French oak casks
