High fitted waistband with Elite metal zipper and button to fasten. Lovely full fit, sewn in neat tiny pleats to the wastband. Fabric feels like a cotton sateen. No makers labels but looks commercially made. Skirt is pictured with a petticoat which is not included in the sale. SIZEThe skirt is labeled a size 38 but fits approx like a 25" waist.
