This ocean Lip Painting was created in two layers. The under painting is a lip piece that was hand painted with acrylics and airbrush. The top layer consists of resin, epoxy tints, epoxy pastes, fine mica and neon to give a front facing blue glow where the water is represented. Neon is AC powered and comes with a remote that includes a dimmer so you can control your glow
