Three Footed Glass Bowl (Possibly 1920’s) With Silver Inlay and Rim CutleryPossibly manufactured around the 1920s, this item is a glass bowl, ideal for sweets chocolate presentation. The bowl stands on three glass feet, each crafted with a streaked flame effect which extends from each foot a distance along the side of the bowl above where the foot is attached. The bowl itself is exquisitely and intricately decorated on the sides with a silver inlay designed in the rococo style and the rim is also matching in silver trim. The
The company is today one of the largest producers having purchased the Verbano factory in 1995 (a firm begun in northern Italy in 1953)
The items are decorated with silver trim along scalloped rim and prominent green linear deco patterning with black
the plate is in good condition with no other visible damages
This particular design was discontinued
The tea cup is blue with gold trim on the handle and rim
which creates alternating bands of clear and frosted glass along the sides
The item is a semi porcelain salad bowl manufactured by Midwinter under their Stylecraft range during the early 1950’s (Stylecraft introduced by Midwinter in 1953)
