comprising of 85% Sangiovese and a mix of local varieties Canaiolo and Mammolo

not too aromatic and "NZ Sauvignon-y" but with great citrus drive and a touch of elderflower floral notes to add interest

‘Le Bois du Cerf’ Rouge comprises a blend of 50% Niellucciu (Sangiovese) and 50% Sciaccarellu

50% Merlot with equal parts Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon

a little creamy and very expressive with lemon and lemon peel characters and a salty tinge on the finish

crunchy and juicy blend of Cabernet Franc and Gamay

Created in 1967 by Philippe Testut and now managed by his son Cyril
