c. 1936+ Tuscan China Tea Trio In Soft Pastels & Ivy Leaf VanityR H & S L Plant (Ltd) was manufacturers of porcelain at the Tuscan Works, Longton. c. 1898 1966 In 1966 the holding company was acquired by Wedgwood and RH & SL Plant Ltd. was re named "Royal Tuscan" and continued as a manufacturing unit of the Wedgwood Group. Early marks include the initials 'R H & S L P'. Marks post 1902, include the trade name 'TUSCAN'. The item is a beautiful Tuscan China tea trio consisting of the tea cup, saucer and the tea

Some areas around the rim have faded gold trim

In good second hand condition with a tiny chip on the back rim close to the handle (please see picture)

The items are considered to be in the Coupe design

Each of the four corners of the base plate have been decorated in an etched fern / leaf pattern

The set is assembled from different cutlers and from different decades

which is difficult to notice due to the scalloping

The firm ceased all production in 1936-1937 by mutual consent and is believed taken over by Dunn Bennett & Co
