Matured in first fill bourbon barrels. Nose Delicate fresh lemon sherbet, malted barley and green apple aromas, followed by notes of jasmine. Palate Sweet and creamy with pink grapefruit, lemon and lime. Pineapple flavours give way to honeycomb
