Dirty Laundry Hush Rosé Producer_Woodford ReserveThe Hush Rose is comprised of several varieties, mainly Pinot Gris & Cabernet Sauvignon. The juices are processed separately, and also at different times of our vintage season, to provide complexity & flexibility with the style. The Pinot Gris is destemmed & crushed, and allowed to soak on their skins overnight in the cool night temperatures to allow all those luscious pear & peach flavors to soak into the juice, along with that trademark dark fuchsia

The flavours on the nose carry over to the palate with bright red fruits

the wine was aged on the lees in 33% new French oak barrels for 18 months

tingling with mineral and spearmint effervescence over notes of wet hay and malt
