Palate: A rich and bodied palate with some rich candied orange and soft earthy notes on the front of the palate, sweet notes of honey and ripe peaches, those rich Islay flavours

This is a beautifully aged expression

delicate creamy notes

hints of strawberry and subtle toffee notes

along with apple juice and Calvados

hints of marzipan soon give way to a rich and opulent toffee and toasted caramel
