Description

2021 Cornelius Airds Blanc de BlancTasting Note Pale straw with a delicate mousse and with a persistent bead. The nose is complex with a myriad of characters from green apple and citrus notes to brioche and aldehyde overtones. The palate mirrors the bouquet with upfront green apple and citrus notes with a creamy bready mid palate making way to a hint of aldehyde on the finish. The wine has received zero dosage which delivers an intense mineral mouth feel and a long savoury finish.
