Distilled back in 1997, this elegant single malt has spent over 28 years in a refill sherry hogshead that the Woodrows team charmingly describe as time worn. There are lovely butterscotch notes here, along with peaches, Victoria sponge cake and tobacco leaf. Just 222 bottles will ever
