Montedidio Rocaille, Nero DAvola is a grape variety with red fruits, where its products are extremely suitable for a long aging due to the high acidity of its grapes. The name Rocaille comes from the peculiar decorations made with shells, rocks and stones. Used to beautify the holy furniture and altars located at the end of the pilgrimage routes of the Sacred Mountains.
