Per a colleague, this clock was manufactured in the 3rd quarter of 1940 with a Type 1 movement (Hampden). This clock appeared in the Soviet Fighters Polikarpov I 15Bi and I 16 (see photo from I 16 manual dated 1940). It is in terrific condition given its age. The clock sets and winds fine.
