Cesar Marquez, El Val 2024 Sauvignon Blanc this is lovely perfumed nebbioloCrafted from 100% Godello, featuring intense citrus (lemon), peach, white flower, and flinty aromas, offering a, fresh, chalky, and salty mineral profile. Wild yeast fermentation in 500 liter French oak barrels, matured for 11 months on fine lees, no btonnage (lees stirring), and bottled without filtration. Produced by rising star winemaker Csar Mrquez
