Thistledown, Gorgeous Old Vine Shiraz 2023 Vinvita mint and hints of aniseThis old vine Shiraz has been co fermented with a little Zibibbo (Muscat) and the result is fantastic. The nose is of stone fruit and delicate raspberry. The profile of the palate is lovely and silky with enough tannins to tease. There is a baked strawberry with a lovely dash of crushed black peppercorn.
