Kinglake 'Cool Rummings' Single Malt Whisky (500mL)The Cool Rummings single cask expression from Victorias Kinglake Distillery, spent the entirety of its maturation in an ex Bourbon barrel that had previously held Beenleigh rum for 20 years. Limited to only 167 bottles and bottled at cask strength, its a whisky that is influenced by the natural elements of the bush terroir with bold and sweet notes of barley malt, a touch of burnt sugar and spicy vanilla oak.
