The necklace has a beautiful sparkling clasp in the back. "Western Germany" is stamped on the back of the vintage clasp. The 2 strand necklace measures 21 1 2" for the longest strand and the 2nd strand is just a bit shorter. Tiny crystal clear spacers between the large beads on the necklace.
